Den är skapad utifrån vårt svenska dryckeshantverk och kryddad med vår passion för rom. \

I vårt destilleri, beläget i Åkers styckebruk strax utanför Stockholm, skapar vi en klassisk rom med en svensk touch. Våra lokaler har tidigare använts för att producera krut och material till den svenska armén. Tunnornas innehåll är utbytt från svartkrut till rom, men du kommer fortfarande att uppleva historiens vingslag när du kliver in genom portarna.

Where black gunpowder on behalf of the Crown once filled the barrels, today something new is being formed and the barrels are given a completely different content. Behind the locked gates, the next chapter of Swedish Roma history is being written, with production on a larger scale as the basis. *

You will get a concrete insight into how the distillery is structured, what the process looks like step by step and what crucial choices are made along the way — choices that will characterize the expression of rum for many years to come.

We end the visit in our spectacular visitor's room, where we explore flavors, smells and how raw materials and distillation shape the character of the distillate.
